The Intro: Beach vs .. Bike?

And what better way to uncover these secrets than by bicycle? Pedaling through Boracay offers a unique perspective—a chance to slow down, breathe in the salty air, and immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty.

Cujo's Keyhole: Not To Be Missed!
When we went back to Boracay for the first time again after the pandemic, I decided to try a more relaxed ride to this famous Boracay spot. The name Lapus-lapus pays homage to the wisdom of the island ancestors who named it. In Tagalog and English, it means “tagusan” or “pass-through,” reflecting the idea of traversing this unique formation1. As a public landmark, it is located within the 25+5 easement that belongs to the public.
Today, Cujo’s Keyhole stands as an iconic symbol of Boracay’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. It has become a popular attraction for visitors seeking to witness its splendor and explore the wonders it offers. Whether you’re diving or snorkeling through the arch, capturing stunning photographs, or simply basking in the tranquil ambiance, the Boracay Keyhole continues to enchant and inspire travelers from around the world.
The ride took only 15km in total. Will definitely try the Boracay Loop next time!
